WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs within the United Kingdom are FREE from € 50.00.
For orders below this amount a contribution of € 6.50 is requested.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order has been processed - this can take several hours - you will receive a message by e-mail with your track and route code. With this code you can see the status from the moment your package arrives at the carrier. If the package is packed but not yet entered at the carrier, the status will be unknown. It is possible that the status of your order will only be visible after 10:30 PM.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I CHOOSE?
Medextra BV, the company behind Happy Older, sets high standards for being able to pay securely and reliably on the internet. For this we use a secure and SSL-encrypted payment environment from Buckaroo. In this environment all your data is completely protected and cannot be read or retrieved by others. You can pay online with the payment methods iDEAL, Bank Transfer. Clients abroad can pay with Bancontact / Mr. Cash (Belgium) or Sofort (Germany).
Payment via our website is done through the aforementioned secure connection which can be recognized by the green lock in the status bar and by https:// at the beginning of the domain name.
CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?
If, for whatever reason, you want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days, provided it is unopened and undamaged. You can send your return shipment at your own expense to:

Do not forget to include the order number stated on your packing slip so that we know who the returned product belongs to. We will of course refund you the full purchase amount within 7 working days if it has been received unopened and undamaged. For food safety reasons we can no longer sell damaged and opened packages. These will be destroyed and not reimbursed.
I HAVE A COMPLAINT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do our utmost to make everyone happy. If despite our care you still have a complaint about our service, the product or something of a different order, please let us know, preferably by e-mail, briefly and concisely. Also state the telephone number where we can reach you during office hours.
If the outcome of the complaint handling does not lead to a solution, it is possible to report your dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are always free to file your complaint via the European Union platform. We ask you to always first come to a solution through our customer service. This works the fastest and that is the best for both parties.
